Norrie and his team at Fresh Approach Catering are fantastic.

Over the past year, Fresh Approach have catered for two of our large-scale events; the Candlemas and Martinmas Reeling Balls. These were attended by 250 people and took place at Fingask Castle in Perthshire. The quality of the food exceeded that of every over student event that I’ve encountered in my 3 years at St. Andrews University. It was eloquently presented, delicious and overall, incredibly good value for money. This has been countlessly reiterated by my peers.

We were impressed with the variety and quality of the food, and the alternative options that were provided for those with dietary requirements. At our Martinmas Ball, Fresh Approach provided Canapes on arrival and a Full English Breakfast at midnight. For our Candlemas Ball, Fresh Approach provided a 2-course meal (Roast Beef, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Root Veg; Apple Crumble and Ice Cream) and a fun Bacon Bap on exit.

Fresh Approach very kindly offered to pay for extra waiters, who we provided, to ensure that the service was timely and slick for the 250 guests. In the organisation process, Norrie was easily contactable and was able to address concerns and expectations in a timely manner.
